CANA President signs contract at NFDA/CANA Convention 5-12-2011

Facultatieve Technologies and Hygeco International – both part of ‘the Facultatieve Group’ –were present at the ‘NFDA/CANA Convention & Expo 2011’ in Chicago, held in October. During this joint conference of the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) and the Cremation Association of North America (CANA) Facultatieve Technologies was proud to be one of the main sponsors. With over 300 exhibitors and thousands of visitors the Convention & Expo is the most important event for the funeral industry.

During the conference Mark Matthews signed a contract with Facultatieve Technologies for the installation of cremation equipment. Obviously he did not do that in his function of CANA President, but as the owner of WIEFELS Cremation and Funeral Services in Palm Springs (California). Henry Keizer, President & CEO of ‘the Facultatieve Group': “We know Mark Matthews as a front runner concerning the developments in our industry. The environment and gas consumption are becoming more and more important in the US, not in the least in the state of California. Our equipment is therefore a logical choice. It was especially nice that we could sign the contract during the Convention under the eyes of so many professional colleagues.
